Jun 20, 2017  All of a sudden TW displays not ready, pleace check your connection on my Mac. Im using MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 with Teamviewer 12.0.78517. I have read previous posts and tried to disable ipv6 on my Macbook, still no success. All those three devices have installed the latest version of TeamViewer and are connected to my home WiFi network, with a Belkin router with model number: F9J1002v1. The problems is, that on the Mac and the iPhone, the TeamViewer doesn’t work. It says “not ready, please check your connection” but on the windows laptop it works fine. Therefore TeamViewer remains somehow 'stuck' and won't connect even after the network connection becomes available. But it's for the TeamViewer support to determine. I have TeamViewer (free version) installed on 4 computers (work, home, and two kids computers) I previously have been, able to access all of them from anywhere. Recently, I have not been able to access one of the kids computers. When I go onto the problem computer and open TeamViewer, it allows me to open the program and it begins to connect to TeamViewer (shows the yellow circle saying connecting to TeamViewer) then it ends up with a red circle saying 'Not ready. Please check your connection.' Obviously I do have internet connection. I have uninstalled and re-installed, rebooted, turned off my router and am out of ideas. I am not computer savvy so please keep any suggestions simple. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

It could be the connection on the computer you are trying to connect to. I've had the experience where, although there was internet connection on the target computer the connection was very weak - about 10 Mb's and teamviewer couldn't make the connection.

Also check the ID of the target computer. It may have changed.
